Michael, I do not want to waste your time, but the names in your family
sure do strike a cord. My uncle Samuel Preston Lawson had a son Glenn
Lawson, one Harry Lawson. My father, Turner Madison Lawson, had a
sister, my Aunt Lucinda. Amazing that they had the audicity to name
their children with the same names in so many families that even a
lawyer would shake trying to unravel the mess. My grandfather was
Madison Thompson Lawson, his father was William Madison Lawson, born in
1802. I have not been able to link my family with any others on this
net, but I keep trying. Oh yes, I have an Uncle John Abraham Lawson, a
brother John Ellis Lawson. We were born in Patrick County, Va.
