James,
The statement is part of the claim of William J.K. Lawson. Of course, it
isn't proof! It is a handwritten page in the claim sent to the Guion Miller
people. Some of those claims say that Drewry moved from Cherokee County,
N.C. about 1835 and we know that is not true! We can only use these papers
as tools to help in our search.
