Hi, Steve Lawson; another Lawson here. Have no Kyles in my tree, but I know
of one sort of indirectly associated with a Lawson. Christopher Kyle was in
Franklin Co.Ms, forgotten the date but very early 1800's. David Lawson, (of
no relationship to my family that I can prove) of Adams Co.Ms, was an
Administrator of Christopher Kyles will/probate. Franklin Co. borders Adams
Co. and early on, some of their information was filed in Adams, likely before
Franklin became a county. This may be redundant, but both counties are part
of what was known as the "Natchez Dist." when Ms was still a Territory.
Most of my research has been limited to MS and LA, and both have
Wilsons a plenty. Again, not in my family line.
