I'm looking for anyone researching the Lawson family in Fayette Co. Pa. My great grandfather was John Ira W. Lawson b. Aug 22, 1883 in Uniontown, fayette co. Pa and died Aug. 14, 1934 in Uniontown, Pa. He married Gertie M. Wilson b. Feb. 4, 1886 in Big Brownfield, Fayette Co., Pa and died April 1966 in Lemont Furnace, Fayette Co., Pa. They had the following children Leland Wilferd b. March 27, 1907 (my grandfather) in Kiser Pa, d. Sept. 19, 1969 in Smithfield, Fayette Co., Pa He married Grace D. Lawson b. Feb. 7, 1908. in addition to Leland they had Harry, Sara Jane, and Byron. John Lawson's parents were Thomas E. Lawson and Sarah Agnes Conner b. 1861 d. March 22, 1920 in East Liberty, Pa.
