Robert Rogers Sr., Christian (later Trigg) Co. KY, farmer, was born in
Virginia between 1760-1770. His Wife Ann Beech was born also born between
1760-1770. The had nine children, all born in Virginia.
Their children were:
John Rogers (b. May 8, 1783 d. Apr. 4, 1829)
Jane McFarland (1788-1876) 1080 lived on Muddy Fork Creek, Trigg Co.
Lettishey Rogers (Jan 2, 1786-Sept. 19, 1832) married Wm. Tear
pm 12/17/1804. lived on Muddy Fork Creek
Nancy Rogers (Mar 111,1787-Dec 10,1859), married Bird Sizemore
(1786-1869) lived on Muddy Fork Creek
Jane "Jenney" Rogers (1791-Oct 6,1865)Married James Turner (1780-1856)
May of 1809 lived oh Horse Creek 1 1/2mi. south of Cerulean
Sally Rogers Born about 1793
Elizabeth Rogers born about 1796
Robert Rogers Jr. (Feb. 12, 1798-Feb. 2, 1852)Married Nancy Baker
on July 18, 1822 livedin Christian Co, KY
Polly Rogers born about, 1801
Lucinda "Lucy" Rogers (Nov.21, 1803-Nov 19, 1849, married Adam
son of Jacob Stinebaugh On Nov 17, 1924)
Robert entered in to business with Jacob Stinebaugh and Adam Stinebaugh.
Robert Rogers' daughter, Lucy would they marry Jacob Stinebaugh's son,
Adam.They ran a grist mill and a distillery. Many of the above are buried
on the old family cemetery along with Sizemores, Tears, and Rogers along
Cemetery Road.

Robert and Ann Rogers coame to Christian (now Trigg) County about 1804.
The settled on 400 acres of land on Mudy Fork Creek, about three miles
northwest of Cerulean Springs. Their son, John Rogers settled on 400 acres
on Brusy Grove Creek, a brand of Muddy Fork. Their son-in-law , William
Tear, settled on 240 acres on Muddy Fork.
Robert Rogers Sr. died in the early sping of 1837 and with his wife Ann, is
buried on the old Rogers Graveyard, located on the Molllie Davie farm.
about three miles northwest of Cerulean Springs along with Stinebaughs,
Sizemores etc.
