Hello everyone! Just found this list and am happy to join. I am in the
(very small) Wetumpka Ward, Montgomery Alabama Stake and am Director of one
of only two FHC in this stake. It's only just started (we have managed to
get past stocking/filing/programing, etc, thank goodness) and have been very
slowly building up a few regular patrons in the last 3/4 months, which is
also how long I've been director.

I realize that I can't run out and chase everyone into the FHC (who wouldn't
love it once they got started?) but I have only been able to come up with a
few ideas about how to get the FHC going strong. Does anyone have any ideas
that might help? We have had a beginners class for the community and had a
wonderful showing, with four of them returning to the FHC later for more help
(we plan to have more classes in the future) and I've planned something to
get the members going, but I would love some other ideas if anyone has any.
