Thanks everyone for your suggestions re: my need for the catalogue number.
I'm sorry, I guess I should have explained that I have tried to download
twice and each time during it, I loose the internet connection. Maybe the
lines are not quite as good as over there. This does happen frequently here
with the electricity.

This is why I decided to just order it direct. However, as it's not in the
catalogue, it must have presented a problem for the ordering office.
Perhaps, no one has ordered it from over here before.

Anyway, thanks, I now have the number and will try again.
