It sounds as if you are really on the right track. Just remember that the
ward members have their agency and ultimately whether they do their
genealogy is up to them. You have responsibilities to teach correct
principles, to encourage and assist without laying on guilt. Maintaining
that line is probably the biggest challenge. At the same time, after doing
all you can, if some (or many) do not respond you should not feel guilty
either. A lot of times the leaders who start with the most enthusiasm get
frustrated the quickest when the members do not catch the same vision. Keep
plugging away and you WILL see success. Good luck.
