Since the temple recorders books and TIB records have restricted access,
the microfilms don't circulate. About all I know you can do is hire someone
to look it up for you. If the people already have the dates and temples,
the process isn't that difficult. If they don't, it could take some time.
Also, the films of the temple recorders books can't be photocopied. The
researcher will have to type on a computer to record the entries. (The TIB
can be photocopied.)
When working on these early LDS families, remember that those who did
their own ordinances (for the living) are the films that are restricted. If
they did the work for a deceased sibling or parent, I believe there are no
restrictions on the temple recorders books for work for the dead. I know
BYU has those films here in the open cabinets. Each sheet has the
possibility of some work for the living, some for the dead. Your members
could possibly order the films for the work for the dead, have their records
as complete as possible, and then hire someone to finish the last of it.
Sorry, this probably isn't what you wanted to hear.
When verifying living baptisms, remember that the primary source for
that information is the ward records. They are all microfilmed and they
circulate. The living ordinance issue is only a problem for endowments,
sealings to parents, and sealings to spouse.

Thanks for everyone's help. Is there anything available for those
outside of Utah? We have been really working on double checking everyone in
the ward's five generation charts. I keep running into the same problem of
members whose ancestors likely did there own work, but we can't verify it.
Is there a phone number, address or email of some way of accessing that
information?
