Actually the others did clear. This is what we found out from Salt Lake.
In large submissions (this patron was doing submissions of 100-200 names)
when TempleReady saves to the submission disk it will break the file up into
several smaller files. Sometimes when the temple is busy, they do not check
the disk for additional files and only print out the first one. Because
this patron was sending her disks to the temple with other people, they did
not know how many cards they should be getting so did not question when only
a portion of the cards were printed.

You know... it's always a good idea to check that cleared TempleReady disk
before leaving the FHC to make sure it was saved to the proper disk. Doing
so would have shown there were multiple files.
