Hi There,

This may be something that has already been covered, I'm not sure.

Yesterday in my Ward Council I told everyone that the new Ordinance Index was now online and explained how to input the personal data so that members can access it. I did mention that once it gets announced Church-wide there may be a large demand for the printout Membership Record data.

At that point I did suggest to my Bishop (and some may want to do this as well) that at Tithing Settlement this year for the Bishop to give this printout to each member along with their tithing statement for the year. This way updates and corrections can be made, but it also gives the Bishop a chance to put in a plug for the new service the Church is making available to the membership.
