No, it is still there Pat. They have re-configured the site and it is a
little more confusing - at first - to navigate. The other thing that has
happened is that PAF is listed as v.5.1.12, but when you click on DOWNLOAD
and go through all the registration steps, lo and behold, you see that you
can download PAF 5.2 in its various versions. Stranger things have happened
I suppose, but it's just a little glitch in the system someone has
overlooked. No doubt it will be fixed in due course, but it certainly will
be frustrating for new users when they are directed to Family Search to
download the latest PAF version.

I have been on vacation of late, and recently got back on-line; I have tried
the new Ordinance Index and have been very satisfied with it
But I noticed that Personal Ancestral File 5.2 is no longer being offered as
a software download at the FamilySearch site
I have been having problems with making a multi-disk back-up of a PAF 5.2
data file from my computer and restoring it to a computer at the FHC
I don't know if that is a problem with my computer, or with PAF, or with the
FHC computer - I continually get a message that there is a bad sector on the
disk - I have now tossed 8 brand new floppies
Has there been a notification of problems with the latest PAF edition and
should we be going back to an earlier version of PAF 5?
I am a ward & stake consultant and have been installing PAF 5.2 on members'
computers
