I have never heard of that problem, and all those who I know who are using it
loves PAF 5.2. Someone did say that sometimes fragments of the program are
not downloaded properly, and you may have problems. Although I never
experienced any difficulty. I thought maybe I was missing out on a better
genealogy software program, so I purchased over the years several of the
pricey ones, and find that I always come back to PAF 5.2. It helps me when
working with patrons, as so many are using PAF. Otherwise, I forget all the
details of how to use PAF, and find I cannot help them with their questions.

Hope this will help anyone who is having difficulties. I would suggest that
if downloading is the problem, that they purchase the program on CD. Some
FHC's will have the program on CD for others to put on their computers.
Yikes, now I am in trouble, as people are going to scold me about the
copyright laws. I would imagine they received permission to do this. Let me
know if I am incorrect. Please don't give up on PAF. It is a wonderful
program for the price. smile.
