Subject: Re: [LDS-WC-L] Splitting PAF files

I would like to put in my 2 cents worth about this:
My husband and I do not have children together. He has children
from a previous marriage and I don't have any. His great uncle sent
him a file of his family to get him started. I helped him with some
research and we added to his file.
We have kept our files separate. If his children want any of his
research, it will be easy to give them a copy of his file, without
having to "split" my information off. I have seen no need to merge
our files together since we don't have any children.
However, if we did have children, then that would change things! :-)

I'm trying to cut back. Now I only do genealogy
on days that end with a "Y."
