The temple codes found in PAF are informative when answering this question.
In addition to the:
Nauvoo - dedicated 30 April 1846 but used for ordinances earlier
Endowment House - dedicated 5 May 1855,
St. George - dedicated 6 April 1877,
Logan - dedicated 17 May 1884,
Manti - dedicated 21 May 1888,
Salt Lake - dedicated 6 April 1893,

I found an ancestor married in the 1870/80 in:
POFFI - Presidents Office, and
OTHER - Other (which I have used to identify other locations such as Joseph
Smith's Store in Nauvoo)
