We received our notice by letter dated July 2. This letter gave us a list of
items, including training, that we needed to do prepare us for the release
of nFS. We were supposed to complete this list within the next 90 days. In
mid-August representatives from Salt Lake came down to introduce us to the
nFS and we were then told that we would be going live on August 25 (2 weeks
after the introduction). As soon as you are given the notice by letter you
are able to go online and begin using the nFS so you can work out some of
the issues. Also, you should be taking the online training as soon as
possible after you receive the notice.
