While there is a list, church headquarters has asked that it not be released or that people be told who is coming when because it is subject to change at any time. In fact, the list was changed several times before the first roll out.
It may be delayed in some areas because, remember, it is still a work in progress even with the release as things are learned about how it is working.
That's one reason why the caution about submitting gedcoms. Some of the situations that have arisen were not forseen when the first rollout list was made up.
The best advice is to just be patient. It will come your way in due time.
Some of the missionaries on the support team, who have seen the TENTATIVE rollout list are chafing at the bit because of the temples that will be among the last to roll out. Even though, as missionaries, we have full access to NFS even though we arent in the first rollout temple districts.
It is hard sometimes to wait patiently when one sees the hand of the Lord at work, but it will be worth it when it comes.
