Does anyone have problems getting in to the FHC portal that has Footnotes,
Heritage Quest, etc. I click on it and then get an error message, then I go
out and there is a place to click if you are having problems and then it
load some certificate then I can get it. It this normal or do I need to
contact the director of our center?
