I hope you can help me in my search. I have really hit a brick wall with
my search concerning my great-grand mother. Almost seems she didn't
exist. Could be a first name thing.

My grandmother's maiden name was Rita Denise LeBlanc. Her mother (my
great-grandmother,) was Mary Denise LeBlanc. She was born 2/10/circa
1866, in Thibodeaux, Terrebonne Parish Louisiana. She died 11/25/1928,
in Houma, Terrebonne Parish Louisiana. She was buried 11/27/1928 in St.
Francis De Sales Cemetery in Houma, Louisiana.

She married Marcelin Claiborne Lancon, 5/23/1882, in Houma, Louisiana.

I believe her father was Daniel LeBlanc, and her mother to be Azelie
LeBlanc (maiden name was also LeBlanc.)

I am having a heck of a time researching the LeBlanc family name any
farther back.

Would appreciate any help you can give. Also, I have various info on
non-related LeBlancs. Maybe I can help you in some way.
