William Lee son of Thomas (Ensign or Lieutenant) m Mary (DeWolf) Lee
As written in the Salisbury Papers
William Lee (or Leigh), born April 7, 1684, married, November 1, 1715, Mary
Griffin of Long Island; by whom he had, with other children;
1. Ezra, born January 7, 1716-17; who married, October 9, 1740, Rebecca
Southworth of Lyme; and had several children, One of his daughters married;
first, Rev. Richard Crouch Graham of Pelham, Mass.; and, secondly, _____ King
of Palmer, Mass. Another daughter married Rev. Moses Baldwin of Palmer.
2. Lydia, born March 2, 1718-19; who married, October 13, 1737, Uriah
Rowland of Lyme; and left children.
3. Abner born October 26, 1726, is known as Captin Abner Lee. He
married; first, August 13, 1747, Elizabeth Lee his first cousin once removed;
by whom he had Ezra, Lucinda , Lydia, Dan, John,

5. Cyrus( Cylus)
6. Abner, b. May 26, 1763 m. _____ Griffin
7. John Allen b. May 26, 1765
8. Clarissa b. Jan. 26, 1769 died in infancy
The Salisbury Papers are a documentation of the Thomas Lee/Phoebe Brown
family who came from England 1641. Thomas Lee died in route and Phoebe
arrived
with children Jane and Thomas and Phoebe Lee. They lived in Lyme, Conn. The
mother Phoebe remarried a Greenfield Larrabee of Saybrook, Conn.
This family has names like Giles, Martin, & Abner which has same names as my
family in Russell, Co. Va.
