My gg grandmother, Sarah Elizabeth Lee was born May 13, 1845 in TN per death certificate. Father Benjamin Lee born TN, mother Emma Haven (sic) born TN per death certificate. By 1860 she was married to my gg grandfather, John Jackson Justice-born 1845 per 1860 Harrison co., MO census (age 16) oldest son was 5/12 old on July 1860. She died April 22, 1910 at Hume, Bates, MO per death certificate and family knowledge.

The 1880 Harrison co., MO census shows her father b IN, mother OH. The 1860 Harrison co., MO census lists Benjamin Lee, age 49 born IN, wife Sussanna age 48 born VA-Ellen 11, Nancy A. 8, and Martin Lewis 10. There is no probate for Lees in Harrison co., MO

In 1850 Gentry co., MO is James H. Lee age 25 born IN, wife Nancy Ann R. age 19 born MO. Child Sarah E. age 4 born MO, and Penelope E. 8/12. (I think James H. Lee is more likely a brother of Mary M. Lee of my earlier post).

There was an Elliot Lee who married Rachel J. Williams 2/11/1877 in Harrison co., MO per marriage certificate
