I am seeking information about Tom & Arthur Edward SMITH in the 1891 census. In 1881 the family were in Russell Street, Loughborough but these 2 were not born then.

Their parents were Henry & Emily (nee NORMAN) SMITH.

I am struggling to get back any further because there is a query as to whether Henry was born SMITH & also because he may have had fairground connections but we don't know where although Gotham has been mentioned as to where he & Emily met/married.

Any light anyone can shed on any of this would be much appreciated.
