Please note that I have made every attempt to be correct in my transcribing, but it is advisable to check the entries for oneself. The spellings and punctuation are as they were written (I have put the surnames in upper-case though). Also, some of the entries on the film I have been using were impossible to read. So a few people will be missing from my transcription. I do hope that this will be of use to many of you.
