Nan,
I was hoping someone that has used the York Heritage Trust would know
more about it. The copy on the back of the magazine is marred with the inset. I
haven't had time to read that issue.
Been going over the Brig. Genl. Wm. Irvin/Irwin papers item by item at
HSP. He was in charge of the Western Defense Department during the Revolutionary
war at Fort Pitt. A number of the items in that connection were written from
York and had names of people from that centre square area on some of the
documents labeled on the Lewis Miller sketch. I haven't run into the Lenharts but
it is interesting reading.
