Wish I could help with your Lessing research, but my husband's grandfather
Andrew Lessing was born in New Orleans in 1855 and to date the only Lessings we
have found are all related in the New Orleans area. If you find any of
yours in the New Orleans area, I'd be interested to hear back from you.
