In Genealogy the Oxford Univ. proposal is a much more evidentiary method for
the DNA samples of men for their ancestors or descents. Thanks Chester for
pointing out this. The earlier message about the BYU approach also requires
100 plus people to donate blood if they are out of the State of Utah. This is
not realistic for most family members to even volunteer for their BYU
endeavor.

The LEWIS in the USA could learn much more from the Oxford Univ. proposal
when it is in operation.
