Anybody know of any Lithuanian cemeteries in Montgomery County, Maryland? I'd
like to contribute to the effort by transcribing some. Bill

Hello. Here is a list of all the Lithuanian cemetaries in the Luzerne
County area that need to be transcribed. It is a big task, but as a
group effort I know it can be accomplished. #1) St. Casimir's old
cemetary Larksville - off Chestnut St. (717) 825-2598. #2) St.
Casimir's current cemetary Muhlenberg - off Hunlock Creek (717)
825-2598. #3) Holy Trinity old cemetary Georgetown - off Willow St.
(717) 823-1081. #4) Holy Trinity current cemetary Bear Creek - Rte 115
(717) 823-1081. #5) St. Ann's Lehman (717) 287-6600. #6) St. Mary's
Annunciation North St. Pringle (717) 287-5096. #7) Lithuanian
Independent Cemetary Stites St. W. Wyoming (717) 823-4020. #8) St.
Casimir's Pittston - Swallow St. (717) 654-0053. NOTE: The street
names are for the cemetaries, not the churches. You can always call the
churches for directions. There are also some Lithuanians buried at St.
Mary's Maternity in W. Wyoming, or St. Ignatius in Pringle or the
Polish churches. Best wishes to all. Gary
