Hi Tom,
I recently made a trip to the Willkes-Barre court house. Maryland is
not that far away. The trip was worth it. I found a notice of intent
for my grandmothers first husband and found the the town he came from.
I am waiting for a reply from Poland (Svwalki area) to see if there is
any info there. Also found marriage documents. They are very nice at
the court house and will copy most pages for you. The only problem is
that you have to go during the week.
