Question : Does anyone know if the Rutherford's listed in this Deed are in
anyway related to the Rutherford's / Locke's of NC ?

I suspect the Richard Lock Jr. listed in this Deed is my Richard Lock b. ca
1733 , but I have never seen him refernced as Richard JR. before . Any
thoughts on this ?
