Greetings Listers,

I am having terrible problems trying to locate any information on my grandfather Frederick BRITNELL born about 1843.
I have the birth cert of my father born 1907 to Frederick and Alice BRABEN formally DAVIS, at Lambeth and the birth cert of his half brother born 1893 to Frederick and Alice PERKS, Paddington.

I also have the immigration record of my father's half brother entering Canada in 1925 with his wife and first born son.

There is no birth registration in the St Cath's Reg for Frederick and nothing in the LDS records.
I have also looked for marriage records to no avail.
He died in 1916.

I know that my grandfather was a Horse Keeper in Paddington and in Lambeth.
I have contact with many other BRITNELL researchers, all dating back to Christopher BRETNELL 1568 Princes Risborough, and have an extensive data base of about 10,000 records myself but cannot for the life of me find my own grandfather.

Can anyone suggest where to go from here?
