Here is the address from which I got my grandfather's records. You must
supply proof of next of kin. Info on form will give you
name, date and place of birth, when he joined the force, when retired,
length of service, age on resignation, rank and warrant #, date of
marriage, date of death, wife's name, her date and place of birth and her
date of death. Also their address.
However, they did not provide me with the children of the family which is
what I wanted.
You do get lots of information to work from.
