Hi Heather - Although New York handled the greatest number, many people
emigrated from England to America through the ports of Philadelphia,
Baltimore and Boston,which are all on the east coast. Many of those lists
are indexed and/or soundexed for that time period (1880). (See
www.nara.gov). There were many other ports of entry as well, including
Canada, since passage to Canada was often cheaper.

If you can find them on the 1910 census, it gives the year of immigration.
