There is nowhere on the net that you will find individual army records.
Furthermore, unfortunately many WW1 records were lost by enemy action in

Some records have been reconstructed from pension records and there is about
a 40% chance of finding the service records of an individual soldier at the
Public Record Office. BUT not all the possible records are there yet and for
surname initial "R" the target date is Autumn 2000.

If you can't wait that long you can try writing to CS(R) 2b Army, Ministry
of Defence, Bourne Avenue, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 1RF who will do a search on
behalf of relatives for, I believe, 25 pounds.

You will find limited information in the campaign medal indexes at the PRO,
but generally the chances of finding the full record of a WW1 soldier are
pretty low.
