Im not sure whether we have corresponded before, but
I have DEAN ancestors in the Walthamstow/Leyton area.
If you see a link please let me know. These are
mine:

Andrew DEAN born Bromley by Bow c1838, marr Elizabeth
LECOMBER born Shoreditch c1836. Andrew was a
Carpenter in 1881 & roumoured to be a veteran of the
Crimean War.
Their children:
William John, born 1874, Ontario, Canada
Andrew George, born 1873, Ontario, Canada
Elizabeth Sarah, born 1876, Ontario, Canada
Nathaniel, born 1879, Walthamstow, Essex

William John DEAN (silver polisher) married Ellen
MORRIS, Jun 1900, Walthamstow.
Their children:
William Andrew, born 1901, Leyton (my grandfather)
George Nathaniel (k/a Mick), born 1903, Leyton/West
Ham
Arthur Hamlin, born 1907, Leyton/West Ham.
George and Arthur built fireplaces and ran their own
business called Dean Bros in the 1930s.
