Maybe this will be useful, not exactly answering your question directly,
but the 1839 Pigot & Co's Directory of London & it's Suburbs contains the
following;

MIZON, John, porkman, 1 Wellington place, Albany road

Albany Road was in Walworth or Camberwell, (depending upon which old map
you look at) which is adjacent to Newington (south of the River - Thames
that is), so I think this one is yours.
