no - only a limited access on -line version, which lets you into an
index of names made by unskilled prisoners. You then have to pay 80p for
any further access, which will rapidly mount up if you need to check all
472 John Smith aged 35 born Yorks entries. It will be even worse if the
surname has been mistranscribed, as seems only too likely.
