If you get any info off list I would also be interested as my gr grandmother
Harriet STILES b 15/6/1871 lived at 33, North Block, Peabody Square,
Shadwell.

Have found a number of my people living in "Peabody Building S" . Am not
sure if this stands for South or Shadwell: neither is clear from the
certificates. Believe that Peabody was an Amercian philanthropist who built
homes for the London poor in the 1800's. Would appreciate listers input.
