Both Watford and Rickmansworth are in HerTfordshire, rather than
HerEfordshire, 100+miles further west.
An enquiry here http://www.hertfordshire-genealogy.co.uk
may yield info as to what parts of Hertfordshire may have been indexed by
name for the 1851, and how to access any such index(es).
