Hi All

I am looking for parents of Bessie [Elizabeth] Mabel TANNER still she was
born in Pimlico around 1863/4. In the 1881 she is working as a domestic in
Hammersmith, so this gives me no help with parents. The agent who was to get
her birth certificate said he couldnt find it so she was probably not
registered. What is my next step? I do not have an address to look for her in
the 1871 census, any help appreciated.
