I'm trying to trace my g grandmother's (Winifred KELLEY) birth. On the 1881 census her birth place is set down as Pimlico, Middx. She was married in Chelsea and on an old map, Pimlico seems to be next door to Chelsea and Kensington.

I have found a 'female' KELLEY born in the approx. right year - 1864 - in Kensington and wondered if Pimlico would have come under this registration district.

Can anyone please help?
