Hello Kevin,
Little Barlow Street ran west from Marylebone High Street
to North Street. The streets to the south of it were South Street, then
George St. To its north was Paradise St. It was about three streets north
of Manchester Square, 4 streets south of Marylebone Church, which
is at Marylebone Rd and York Gate.
It was in the area on square H6 page 139 of the current
A-Z Big London Atlas
