Would someone be kind enough to clarify the following point for me please? Whilst I understand couples could be married at the age of 12/14, would I be correct in assuming that if a marriage cert states Full Age it still means 21? (and that minor would indeed mean they may have been 12, 14 or whatever?) Many thanks .
