Hi Sylvia

If the file is read-only then the file Attribute is set = R

In Windows explorer, highlight the file then RIGHT click on the file and
select PROPERTIES uncheck the Read-Only box and all should be OK

If you are running in DOS then ATTRIB <filename> -R will do the same
thing.
