Hi

I really have come across a brick wall, and i need some help and advice as what i can do.

I am trying to search for a marriage. Its between a Walter Charles TOMKINS and a Beatrice PEACH.

I have found a Beatrice Peach entry in the 1881 census
for 66 Richmond St
Census Place: St Marylebone, London, Middlesex, England
she is shown as being 8 years old.

The Marriage should be around the late 18'00 to early 1900.

All the information i have is that they had a son born 1901
A daughter Called Florence who emigrated to the USA
And a poss half brother Brian?

The Son who was born in 1901 his birth was registered in the District of Paddington/ Sub District St Mary Paddington. His name was also Walter Charles. But like to be known as
Charles. So maybe his father is the same.

There is also a good chance that they lived in Edgeware Road area of London.
Also Walter was in the Gauards at some point.

I have searched through the St Catherines Index and just cant find this marriage. In fact the only Beatrice Fanny Peach i could find was married to a Eugene Frederick Levasseur in Hendon in 1895, but i dont know if this is the right PEACH or not.

I am going to my local FHC on Thursday and would appriciate any advice or help, to try to track this marriage down.

Many thanks
Shell
