WA Pink's History of Clerkenwell, the whole area, not just the church,
is the definitive volume, full of names and curious bits of information.
It is hefty - but well known enough to be in a good university history
dept.

Too early for Godfrey maps (1870+) The on line Greenwood is 1829ish, So
contacting the London Met Archives, 40 Northampton St EC2 could be the
best option.
