Subject: [Lon] REMOVAL ORDER - HANNAH DEATH
Date: Wed, 25 Jul 2001 17:04:05 -0400

Hannah DEATH (nee WRIGHT) was born 1801 Hatfield, Herts. In 1830 she married Daniel DEATH at St. Albans, Herts. At least 3 children were born and christened here prior to the family moving to Bethnal Green (London) in the 1840's.

Daniel DEATH, a bricklayer, died on March 29th, 1868 at the age of 58 years from injuries received while involved in a construction accident.

Hannah WRIGHT DEATH died April 15th, 1876 at the Union Workhouse, St. Albans, age 75, widow, husband unknown.

I am assuming that between March 1868 and her death in 1876 she was removed from London and sent to St. Alban's.

Can any one advise where I would find a copy of a removal order for Hannah DEATH? I am not exactly sure where in the east end of London she would have been living at the time of this removal. I would suspect it would be in the Hackney or Marylebone area.

Would a copy of this removal order be in both counties?

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
