Can the answer be posted to the list as I would like to know what the "full
age" was in the 1800's- early 1900's

Up until 1929 the lower legal age for marriage was: -
Male - 14
Women - 12
With parental agreement ie.
Someone with better knowledge will give a fuller and better answer I hope?
I have seen on the 41 census two children married age 10!
Yes, the ages were rounded down but when you don't know about these things
then it looks as if a mistake has been made and we all know that these
censuses are mistake free.
