Hi Michael
Are you sure you meant this for me?
I have never offered a lookUP on the 1891 census. This would be beyond
reason. But I am happy to keep a lookOUT for any name.
I realise that Liz had already posted with regards to this but my message
was composed offline and sitting in my outbox and went out before I received
Liz's message. Sadly it sends out messages before it downloads them leading
to this sort of mistake.
I am well familiar with the 'Newbie' information on Genuki as I have been
researching family history for around ten years.
I still believe that it would be sad if only those who were well off could
enjoy this hobby and after spending many years studying theology I have to
advise you that "God helps those who help themselves' is not theologically
correct. I think you will find that the instruction to help others less
fortunate is part of every faith.
If I sounded 'snappy' I am sorry. I did not intend to snap but merely to
express sorrow.
Best wishes
Angela
