Unsubscribing might reduce the number of replies you receive infected with
BadTrans, but not by much. The newish version BadTrans.B replies to old
message, so if you every sent an interesting post that someone has kept you
can still get an infected reply. This is irrespective of whether or not you
are currently subscribed. The only sensible solution is to use some good
and up-to-date Anti-Virus software and keep vigilant.
