There isn't a Borough of Newington, never has been - OKR and most of
NKR are in Southwark borough. It is entirely possibly there was once a
Theobald Rd off the Old Kent - ask the Southwark Local Studies Library,
2121 Borough High Rd, London SE1 1JA
